Biographical details of the directors of the Company are set out as follows:<\/p>\n

Executive Directors<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ms. Huang Wei<\/strong> (\u9ec3\u5dcd\u5973\u58eb) (\u201cMs. Huang\u201d)<\/strong>, aged 52, obtained a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree from Central Queensland University in 1997. Ms. Huang has over 20 years of experience in financial management aspects.<\/p>\n

Mr. Dou Sheng\uff08\u7ac7\u52dd\u5148\u751f\uff09(\u201cMr. Dou\u201d)<\/strong>, aged 40, obtained a Bachelor degree in Material Science and Engineering from the Henan University of Science and Technology*\uff08\u6cb3\u5357\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b78\uff09 in 2002. He has over 10 years of experience in sales distribution and marketing in China.<\/p>\n

Independent Non-Executive Directors<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr. Wu Chi King\uff08\u80e1\u5b50\u656c\u5148\u751f\uff09(\u201c<\/b><\/span>Mr. Wu”)<\/strong>, aged 40, received a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) of Certified Practising Accountant Australia.\u00a0 He has accumulated extensive experience in finance and accounting by working in various listed and sizable companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Wu is currently the Finance Controller of Hang Heung Cake Shop Company Limited, a private company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability which is a food product manufacturer. Mr. Wu is also an independent non-executive director of Wan Cheng Metal Packaging Company Limited, a company whose shares are listed on GEM of the Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 8291) and Mansion International Holdings Limited, a company whose shares are listed on GEM of the Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 8456) since June 2020 and June 2021 respectively.<\/p>\n

Mr. So Yat Chuen\uff08\u8607\u6ea2\u6cc9\u5148\u751f\uff09\u00a0(\u201cMr. So\u201d)<\/span><\/b>, aged 51, obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Peking University, a Post-graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2001 and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Greenwich in 2016. He\u00a0is a solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and has over 22 years of experience in legal sector. Mr. So is currently one of the chairmen of the Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings) (section 45 of the Building Ordinance (Cap. 123 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) and his appointment is for the period from 1 December 2018 to 30 November 2021. He is also a member of the Wanchai West Area Committee under the Home Affairs Department, The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from 2014 to 2020.<\/p>\n

Ms. Cheng Wai Iris\uff08\u912d\u8559\u5973\u58eb\uff09(\u201cMs. Cheng\u201d)<\/b><\/span><\/strong>, aged 51, received a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University. She has accumulated extensive experience in international trade, marketing, investment, bank financing and asset management by working in various sizable companies in Hong Kong and China. From June 2014 to May 2015, she was Administration Manager of Fashion Focus Leather Goods Mfg. Ltd and also Special Personal Assistant of the Chairman of the Group. She then joined Sonic International (Toys) Ltd worked as Executive Secretary of the company from October 2015 to July 2021.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
